Location

Our main entrance is on Rt. #24 (Cape Horn Road) with a gated entrance on Springwood Road. Equine Meadows is ideally located in York Township, York County, PA.
A 15-minute drive will take you to:
  • York City with fine dining and theaters
  • Springettsbury Township with the Galleria Mall, Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, restaurants and many other attractions
Gettysburg, Lancaster, Harrisburg, PA, and Baltimore, MD, are approximately a one-hour drive. Washington and Philadelphia are a two-hour drive. You can be in New York City in less than four hours.

Amenities

Equine Meadows has the following amenities for your enjoyment. Our large clubhouse comes with the following features:
  • Heated indoor 30 by 60 ft. pool and hot tub
  • Lounge area with kitchen, library, and card tables
  • Fitness center for residents’ use
  • Covered patio with two shuffleboard courts
  • Large wooden deck with four metal picnic tables
  • Large hall available for residents’ private parties
  • Horseshoe court
  • A lovely butterfly garden with a bench and tree seat
  • Wetlands/nature trails with a bubbling brook and several small waterfalls
  • Picnic area with picnic tables and a propane gas grill for all residents and their families to enjoy
  • A beautifully landscaped, stocked fishpond (catch and release) with bass, bluegill, and koi
  • Bus trips to dinner theaters, music halls, and casinos available locally
  • Private streets; you can use your golf cart to visit your friends in the community or take a ride on the trail
  • A limited number of paved and gravel and assigned spaces available for RV, trailer, and boat storage.
